Yes — completely and unconditionally. Your $100 reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time before your Loomi ships. If you change your mind for any reason, we'll return your deposit in full, no questions asked. Just email help@learnwithloomi.com and we'll process it asap.
We're currently in development and working closely with educators and pilot families to get everything right. Reservation holders will be first in line when we begin shipping, and we'll keep you updated on milestones along the way. You'll always have the chance to review final details and confirm — or cancel for a full refund — before we charge anything beyond your deposit.

Loomi is built for children ages 3 through 8 — from the early curiosity of Pre-K through the foundational skills of 2nd grade. Our adaptive AI meets each child exactly where they are, whether they're just learning to recognize letters or starting to read independently. It's designed to be the learning companion that grows alongside your child during the years that matter most for building confidence and school readiness.
The Loomi Pod is designed to fit comfortably in a child's bedroom, playroom, or living room corner — roughly the footprint of a large armchair. It's lightweight enough to reposition and designed to blend with your home's look and feel. The anticipated dimensions are 39” W x 47 “ L x 60” H, but we’ll share more details as we finalize production. Reservation holders will be able to review everything before confirming their order.
Yes. Every Loomi lesson is mapped to Common Core standards and leading early-childhood benchmarks. Our curriculum is developed in collaboration with certified early-elementary educators and child development specialists, so what your child learns in the pod reinforces and builds on what they're learning in school – not replacing it, but strengthening it.
From the very first session, Loomi is learning how your child learns. The AI tracks accuracy, pacing, and engagement across every activity, and then adjusts lesson difficulty, teaching style, and content in real time. If your child breezes through addition but needs more time on letter sounds, Loomi shifts automatically. Think of it as a tutor that notices everything and never needs to be told twice.
Absolutely. The Parent Hub puts you in charge. You can preview or block specific lessons, set daily time limits, choose focus areas (like extra phonics practice or more math), and lock the system to a specific level. You see what your child sees, and you decide what they don't.
Loomi is designed to cover the most formative years of your child's learning journey, roughly ages 3 through 8. Because the AI continuously adapts, your child won't hit a ceiling quickly; the system keeps challenging them as they grow. For families with multiple children, younger siblings can have their own profiles and pick up right where their learning level begins. We see Loomi as a multi-year investment in your child's educational foundation.
Every Loomi comes backed by our warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues. If something goes wrong, our support team will work with you to repair or replace it. We're building Loomi to be durable enough for daily use by young kids, because we know exactly how young kids treat their favorite things. Full warranty details will be available before your order ships.
Your child's privacy is non-negotiable for us. Voice interactions are processed in real time and immediately anonymized, no raw voice recordings are ever stored. All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we will never sell your family's data to third parties. We're building Loomi to be a tool you trust in your home, and that starts with how we handle your information.
